libqt4pas5 software package provides Qt4 interface bindings for Pascal, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqt4pas5
libqt4pas5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqt4pas5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqt4pas5 *
You will get with libqt4pas5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
